About
Visa Affairs is an Australian migration advisory practice founded by Phuong — a MARA-registered Migration Agent — serving the Vietnamese community in Australia and those planning to come.
Registered Migration Agent
Story
The Vietnamese community in Australia is growing quickly, but migration advice still tends to be either too expensive, culturally distant, or — too often — provided by people who are not legally allowed to advise (i.e. not RMAs). Phuong started Visa Affairs to provide lawful, plain-language advice in Vietnamese at a transparent price — no "agents", no middlemen, no guarantees of outcome.
Why choose an RMA
The Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) licenses and oversees every RMA practising in Australia. Each RMA has a unique MARN that can be verified directly on mara.gov.au. RMAs are bound by the Migration Agents Code of Conduct (Regulation 8AA) — breaches can lead to deregistration.
MARN is publicly verifiable on mara.gov.au.
Including confidentiality, conflict of interest, transparent fees, no outcome guarantees.
Clients can complain directly to MARA if an RMA breaches the Code.
How Visa Affairs works
Quoted up front at the first consultation, no surprises beyond the engagement contract.
No workaround advice, no misrepresentation, no outcome guarantees — that breaches the Code and exposes you to risk.
Every file is handled directly by Phuong, never outsourced to an assistant or sub-agent.
Every legal clause and every Department of Home Affairs request is explained in Vietnamese.
Visa Affairs is an independent migration advisory practice, not affiliated with the Department of Home Affairs or any government agency. Information on this website is general in nature and does not constitute personal legal advice. Book a consultation for advice tailored to your specific circumstances.
